Blue eyes

We try to hide our feelings, but we forget that our eyes speak

I decided to experiment with a milk bath photo shoot. I have seen so many beautiful photos on Pinterest, that I had to try for myself.

I decided to do this in my bathtub, I filled most of the tub with warm water. I then added a jug of milk as well as cornstarch. The milk and water alone gave it a very transparent look, and that was not what I was going for.

FYI ladies! This made my skin feel amazing!

Love yourself.

Looking at photograph of yourself can be hard sometimes. Seeing your own flaws of imperfections in every which way you look. I hated not feeling comfortable in my own skin when I was younger. I always focused on my flat chest or my big toucan sam nose. I would devalue myself because I was born with flaws that society didn’t accepted and got bullied for them. I look back on the years that have past and look at how far I’ve gone with loving myself and accepting my own body and actually loving my flaws. Even though, it was a hard road, I’m glad I can look at myself now in the mirror or even a image and not only look at my nose or my chest, but the rest of me. I taught myself to imagine that there is an invisible crown on my head and I was the QUEEN on my own world. The symbol of the crown reminded me not to let me feel like less then a queen. To always have my head held high and to not look down on myself or my decisions.

I know its hard to fit in with society and try to keep up with the recent fad for acceptance. In my long years of self rehabilitation of self-love I’ve learned how to NOT CARE what society thinks and to start my own trend. If lace is your thing and lace wasn’t in that moment, SCREW IT! Wear it if you like! Find what you are comfortable with and screw society!

Every single woman on Earth is beautiful in their own way and should never forget it!

Lion and Tigers and Bears..

Oh my!

Here, in Amber and Christina Photography are lovers of animals. Magiestic animals rooming the earth and best thing we have zoos to see these lovely beasts. My favorite one is the lion. The lions are the king of the animal kingdom. Just to see them so close it was exicitng. I loved going to animal kingdom in Disney. We went on a safari ride that you can literally see the animals passing by the truck and living freely.  It was a beautiful experience and I suggest anybody who goes to Disney, check out animal kingdom.

I hope..

“I hope you never lose your sense of wonder
You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger
May you never take one single breath for granted
God forbid love ever leave you empty handed
I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean
Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens
Promise me that you’ll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance
I hope you dance
I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance
Never settle for the path of least resistance
Livin’ might mean takin’ chances, but they’re worth takin’
Lovin’ might be a mistake, but it’s worth makin’
Don’t let some Hellbent heart leave you bitter
When you come close to sellin’ out, reconsider
Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance (Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling us along)
I hope you dance
I hope you dance (Tell me who wants to look back on their years and wonder)
I hope you dance (Where those years have gone?)
I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean
Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens
Promise me that you’ll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
Dance
I hope you dance
I hope you dance (Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling us along)
I hope you dance (Tell me who wants to look back on their years and wonder?)”

I hope you dance.

Magical sky

image

As we all know, the sun rises in the east, and sets on the west because the earth roations in its axis.

Is it me or isn’t the best thing of waking up early to go to work or school is to see a beautiful sunrise. Knowing that as you wake up, so is the sun and the day? Its the best! Especially when your looking at the wonderful colors and the amazing landscape. Personally, I think that Miami as one of the best sun rises, anywhere. Maybe I’m bias because I’m a Miami loving gal, but you will always love your hometown more then anywhere else. I find peace looking at the magical colors intertwine with one another to make a peaceful setting to start your day.

Lighting strikes!

Pluviophile, (n) a lover of rain; someone who finds joy and peace of mind during rainy day.

Although, the word looks like pedophile at first glance , it perfectly describes me. I love when the day is gloomy and grey and the clouds are closer to the ground fixing to rain. In Miami, we get our fair shares of grey days .It truly relaxes me. I remember as a kid, many years ago, I would tell my mother that “ God is bowling and he just hit a strike” when it thundered really hard. As a child, I was never afraid of the thunders or the lighting. I want to see when lighting strikes and my mom used to tell me to get away from the windows. I’ve always been interested in weather, fanatic of storms and clouds. I guess I was meant to in metrology. Haha

Stay tune!
